This is a plain-English summary of how DPA Monitor handles your data. We’ve kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can sign you in and send alerts.
• The list of vendors you choose to watch.
• Basic product analytics (which pages load, so we can fix what’s broken).

What we don’t collect

We don’t collect your customers’ data, your documents, or anything about your business beyond the vendor list you give us. The vendor pages we monitor are public — we’re reading the same pages anyone can.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, watch your vendors, and email you when something changes. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers. We use a small number of processors (email delivery, hosting, payments) to operate — the same kind of subprocessors this product helps you track.

Your choices

You can remove vendors, delete your account, or email us to have your data erased. Sign-in links are single-use and expire.
