By using DPA Monitor you agree to these terms. We’ve written them plainly; we’ll date any changes here.

What the service does

DPA Monitor watches vendors’ public documents and reports when they change. That’s change detection — not legal advice. We don’t interpret what a change means for your organization; for that, consult a qualified professional.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to detect changes reliably and to link the official source every time. Still, the service is provided “as is”: vendor pages move, sites go down, and no monitoring is perfect. Treat our alerts as a prompt to check the source, not as the last word.

Acceptable use

• Don’t abuse the service, resell it, or scrape it wholesale.
• Don’t use it to do anything unlawful.
• One account per organization unless we agree otherwise.

Payment

Paid plans are billed through Polar, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.
